Zedge.net just got a LOT more useful.
While you've always been able to search and browse Zedge's catalog of wallpapers and ringtones on our website, you used to have to install our Android or iOS app to do much else. But now that's changed.
Premium items can now be purchased directly from the web, with no app install required!
Who likes delayed gratification? Nobody – so we've streamlined your ability to get that wallpaper immediately, with no extra steps required. Just redeem 10 Zedge Credits, and it's yours.
Used up all your Zedge Credits already? No worries, because now you can buy them directly on the web, too. Even better: because neither Apple nor Google can charge us their standard 30% fee on in-app purchases when we sell things on the web, we can give our users more credits per dollar when they buy them directly from us.
Wallpapers can be purchased on zedge.net today. We'll be adding the ability to purchase ringtones and live wallpapers in the coming months.
We've also modernized our marketplace's look and feel, and brought it more in line with the visual experience of our apps, making it vibrant, bold and playful, contrasting bright colors on a dark base. Purple dominates, as it would in a Prince video.
